Precision Center Assemblies are used in gage fixture designs or wherever a high degree of repeat accuracy is required. The units are time tested in production set-ups. Special base plates or vertical mounting adapters can be supplied on application.

FIXED CENTER ASSEMBLIES are used whenever parts have to be checked on centers; they are usually used in conjunction with a retractable center assembly. These precision standardized gaging units are ready for use and can be assembled rapidly on the job. FIXED CENTERS are available for either dowel pin or keyway locating. Alternate centers in both carbide steel and tool steel are available. "Qualified" centers are used in gaging parts that have shoulder lengths held from dimensions over a ball.
